    He lived to be 70. that in itself is amazing. He recently had a lung transplant. Imagine at 70. he died of a failed kidney dialysis.

    Yup they are amazing, they've done such a great job and to do it for so many years in a row is just insane....but makes for boring racing lol

    I believe that was back when they had the Cart/IRL split. Tracy was a CART regular and only ran the 500 with IRL. He got screwed out of an INDY 500 win because of politics. And compared to the CART cars, the IRL cars were crapwagons. They’ve changed a lot and are far from crap. Tracy is one of the TV commentators now too.
