Lol. And he was actually 2 laps down. Totally Ocons fault, but Max could have backed off, let him go and not had an issue.

To his defence... when you are the race leader with Hamilton not far behind, a douchebag 2 laps behind you that you passed on the straight trying to do the inside on you because something went POP in his head was probably the last thing on his mind.

Oh I agree that Ocon should never have done that. But once he was up the side of him, clearly committed to making the bonehead move, Max could have just let him go, and called him an idiot later.

I’m sure that’s what he’ll do next time. Max has amazing raw talent. His racing smarts were not always the greatest, and he’s getting a lot better. Part of being a good racer is knowing how to deal with the other guys on the track. He’ll get better at it.

Max should have popped him in the mouth, Ocon showed to respect on the track, deserves to be short a few teeth.

That was hugely disappointing. Hamilton does not need to be gifted yet another win. Max earned that 100%.

I can seen Ocon's point that he had newer tires than Max, but still... he had no absolutely business punting the race leader.

Max has matured a lot... but this is another learning experience. As Hamilton said, he had much more to lose. Maybe the bitter lesson learned here will help him in the future.

I think Max is now my favourite driver. He's got real potential.

And Ricciardo ran a fantastic race. He’s such a great driver.

I can't blame the boy for getting the red mist. Lesson learned.
That incident aside, he showed a lot of maturity and craft in the race. I think he's going to be a player.

Finally watching the end of the F1 Brazil broadcast and "We Are the Champions" blasting outside of the Mercedes garage during interviews. Then the next song plays "Get Down Make Love"... LOL

Alonso has confirmed that he is running the 2019 Indy 500 with Mclaren. In 2017 he ran a car from Andretti Autosport with Mclaren sponsorship. For next year, Mclaren is going to be fielding the car themselves. I was hoping for a full season for Alonso, but with Mclaren buying a car, and running it themselves, perhaps a full season in 2020!

                                Happy for Kubica.

Sad that it's a Williams. They gonna have to deliver a good car!!
