Default Fuck... another one bites the dust. Sanair gonna close...

Could not find an official news source but on another forum there is a document floating from the Ste-Pie website(where Sanair is located) about some new bylaws to close it... well, no racing on the week-ends and no racing after 4pm... you get the idea.

I'm sure it'll hit the usual news source soon enough.

Too many Linda’s moving in nearby with money, and the ears of their local representatives.

More details are coming out... it's weird...

There may still be stuff on week-ends but very tight sound limits, think Tremblant style limits. Pretty much killing the drag racing and most of the racing.

Anyway... looks like it's a matter of time

It sucks, but how about we all quiet our cars down in the hopes that we attract less problems for track owners?

Yeah would my silent car make 400 more horse power if I remove the muffler?

Dana it is one of my favourite 1/4 mike tracks. So smooth, tons of run off space and great facility. Too bad it wasn’t more popular with the racers.

Tesla Model 3 has a motor design that is more suitable to track use. One just put in a pretty respectable 1:48.6 at Lagua Seca.

Seems worth it. Not sure why this approach isn't taken as much as it probably should be. Some cars probably wouldn't even have much of a performance difference.

The ol tricky triangle of the North. What a shame. Here’s a classic of Uncle Jacques wrecking again.

They disconnected a wheel sensor and the whole system disabled.
