    Default ST-Eustache Autodrome closing

    I know many do not frequent this track , I have been a few times. IT was a great track for those near by.

    They sold it to the town and hydro Quebec to build some type of facility

    They are closing at the end of the 2019 season, so next autumn.

    And while we may get a few more people, it's a long drive for them... +-3 hours depending on where you are coming from in Montreal.

    big picture, it hurts the industry when a track closes. it's a grassroots facility, offers opportunities not always available at other tracks. BRB, going drifting at CMP tonight.

    Never been there but i will at the end of April. PCA will be there. For a school. No helmet type of thing though.

    You can’t really.
    But the land value has probably gone up 10x in the last few years. They will get pResent day fair market value $.

    They do roundy-round, road race and drag racing there. I wonder if the karting will also shut down? It's a run down facility but lots of stuff to enjoy there.

    I’m sure hydro Quebec will keep the kart track open though they may switch to electric karts.
