But there's a bigger point here. The 1-series is the last car that BMW engineered before the Germans, as a car-making culture, fell out of love with driving.

I had that happen when it wasn't applied correctly (no offence intended). slick has the right procedure. Got it on both of my cars,, no skipping.
    Probably going to hell.

Mine was applied "professionally" before you could buy it yourself. Hated those 8 months whenever it misted and need to use wipers.

    Great stories.

So Cavanagh is no longer racing GT but is in PT?

BTW I sure hope your're not getting stickers and a poster instead of trophies this year too. They're late is what they said all of last year. Stickers sucks. Poster is a terrible idea. Racers race to put trophies on their shelves. Plastic is all that matters IMO.

Were getting glasses again. They're great and are on their way. The feedback on stickers and glasses was great. The plastic trophies kept getting returned.

He understands 100%. Did not want to run in PT and affect points. Chose to run in a class with a large field instead, purely to shake down the car.

There is no vote happening but if there was I would choose the plastic trophies for sure. The glasses are cool but seem...untrophylike
