    My goals for this year:
    -Get CBR600 running properly
-Attend Pro6 school (already signed up)
-Lap below a 2:45 on the long track (I really dont know why but figured 2:45 seemed reasonable after watching youtube videos)
-Volunteer for as many 1morelap days and nights as possible.
-Lap whatever the new DD will be atleast once, dont care about car lap time.

    Should be a good year!

I've heard they are difficult to deal with.

So tempting, and early bird closes in 11 hrs...

    The track or BMW Quebec?

BMW Quebec has been fine to deal with on each of the six or seven days I've done with them

    The track.

I've only heard that BMW runs a tight ship. No problem there.

For sure the track. They want NOTHING to do with our money. The bottom line seems to be that they are required to only make a certain number of days available, and they are all spoken for. It isn't really a business the way other tracks are.

Too bad. I'd love a full day at the track with the MCO/1MoreLap peeps. Especially with open passing . . . through turn 1 and 2.

Exactly. Owner does not want to rent out the track, but he is required to maintain the track credentials. That is also why there is a clause whenever you rent there, he is allowed to show up on rental weekends and kick the renters off anytime he feels like it, so he can have the track to himself.

But there's a bigger point here. The 1-series is the last car that BMW engineered before the Germans, as a car-making culture, fell out of love with driving.

Definitely. I would never, ever buy anything at Tommy Hilfiger because I avoid doing business with people like that.

On the other hand, if he didn't buy the track, it might not exist anymore.

Take more pictures with the new picture taking things I acquired over the winter. Plan to be at CTMP for the May long weekend race. Also plan to make my way to The Glen at least once. Maybe twice.

Overall ...Enjoy race events as a spectator.

    Goals:
    - run all 9 PT races (co-driver will drive Kyle Nash cause I'll be in the tower)
    - maybe run Ted Powell
    - maybe run 3 Hour at Mosport
    - stay ahead of Grant all season
    - hope to hit 2:20.x this year depends on tires, driver and track. Car will have suspension (stiffer rear springs) and engine (more hp) to do it.
    Current toys:
    1997 BMW 328is race car
    2014 Chevy Silverado
    2012 VW Golf R
Spent $1300 on new fasteners when building race car

the rumour I heard in MTL is because the MCO has too many beater cars that brake down. Something about leaving oil everywhere. That's the word out there. We're a little too rough around the edges. LOL

IMO, with the new sound limit, a lot of the cars wouldn't be allowed anyway

I am soooooo looking forward to getting out there with you this season. Loser hosts the after hours party? Or maybe the winner should...
