With all the drama leading upto the race, it sure didnt disappoint. I'm sure the Honda camp isn't happy, but the racing was amazing. The new speedway aero kits allowed lots of drafting, and many passes at the end of the straights.

Were already making plans to go to the 100th running next year.

It was great! Don't want to be a spoiler, so I'll just say that my 2nd favorite driver won after my favorite driver bowed out spectacularly , so I'm happy.

Sure hope Hinch gets better soon, btw.

Anyone catch the race from Fontana today? Incredible 4 and sometimes 5 wide racing at 200+. The pack racing can't last, or someone is gonna be killed again. It's awesome for the fans but the drivers all hate it.

Very entertaining. but it does look like someone is going to get hurt badly.

While everyone else is talking about the dangers, AJ foyts comment when asked what he thought of this type of racing. " I thought it was great when I did it " lol, that guy rules.

This just sucks. Indycar is great racing, but running 230mph with concrete walls all around is just too insane. Don't get me wrong it's incredible to watch, but it's just too dangerous. They have to try closed cockpits soon

Tell me about it. I was there. It was a sad ride home. Even sadder to find out just now that he succumbed to his injuries. It's a dangerous sport and yes they know the risks. Still sucks. RIP Justin.

It's just so frustrating to see so many die recently and it's all because of the "tradition" of open wheel racing. Bull fucking shit. Put a top on the cars and stop killing people.

Wheldon, Vellota, Massa, Bianchi, Surtees, Krosnoff, now Wilson and I'm probly missing many more. Foreign objects have killed more open wheel drivers than anything else in the last 2 decades. (Not sure if that's fact but it sure seems like it). It just doesn't make sense. The technology is there. Why not use it???

Sorry for rant
