I went Saturday morning from Jennie and Andre's to Quyon Karting, only 20 minutes from their place taking the Quyon Ferry (5 mins from ferry). Great track, some minor rough parts but extremely fun to drive. The karts were ok, nothing crazy, the brakes on both our karts were a little spongy, I find TopKarting and Amigo to have better brakes, but I prefer this track by far. Very friendly people running this place, they let us on a little early and had the track to ourselves, made the session more enjoyable for the girl. Reccomended even if you don't live nearby and like the leisure karting.

Agreed. The track is a scale replica of le Circuit Mont Tremblent. It is a phenomenal karting facility and if you get to know Paul up there, he will usually hook you up with a full race kart to try out... much different than anything you've tried before. I used to teach there when you could still rent the Rotax karts. Unfortunately that was just too expensive a venture to keep it going.

They are currently clearing some land behind so we can add another 800m of track, at which point the whole thing will get repaved :D. It will eventually be big enough to run solo there.

If anyone is interested in a big group outting there let me know, i can arrange something with the owners.

I'd be interested to go back, even more to try a real kart on that track. I go just for fun, this time was just to try out the track (20 mins), there was a gp right after us, the owner let us have a quick run.

Why not.

We need some lead bars to handicap the small people that might show up too.

I'm down too, Quyon or Amigo, both are fun.

I tried this place while I was in Portugal, best track and kart I've tried so far. I'll load up some pics when I get home.
