Pretty good price. I wonder what kind of a deal Pat can get you guys for the Racelogic units at Speed Merchants. I think they're about $500.

FYI for anyone considering this for dodging cones.

I got one of the new GTechPro RR Fanatic to see how it work work for Autocross.

In short -- it's a non-starter. You need to define the track before you run, which may be possible when walking, but that means rigging up another way of powering that doesn't require your car. It should be OK for any track event, but for autocross it's not something that I would recommend.

One thing I like about the Trackmaster app I have for my phone is you can set it so when the car launches, the phone's gyroscope detects the change in G's and starts the lap timer. It works great for autox.

The Solo DL is pretty sweet, you can eventually use their ECU integration and Smartycam.

Naresh has one of those setups and loves it. Only downside is that it isn't HD.

I though I heard something about the GoPro HD2 being able to hook up with this though....
