Lets hope teammates don't race each other and just pull over to let the teammate with more points go through.

Oh wait, that would suck.

RedBull will have the car equivalent view of Ferrari:

Vettel nabbed Pole, Hamilton and Alonso in 2nd and 3rd.

IMHO its all in Alnso's hands. He just needs to come in 1st or 2nd and he's got it. Webber will need a an RB 1-2 finish to secure the Driver's. Hamilton needs to win with all 3 front runners disappearing in a ditch to win it.

Forza Ferrari.

I'm watching this at the Tifosi Club on Preston tomorrow. If anyone is interested, PM me and I'll get you on the invite list. $10 for a great breakfast spread and good people. Lewis MacKenzie is making a presentation afterwards about his team at Targa Nfld this year.

Was hoping Alonso would be in 5th giving vettle a chance to win the championship. Should be a good race though.

Love him, hate Alonso -- the race was the best of the season though for sure!

It was? I watched it just to see what the hype is about and I find it boring, its like perfect cars, holding pace with perfect driving, no door to door excitement or passing.

Maybe I have to watch the whole season?

Yep you need the context, the racing is always a procession

You need to watch Nascar on a road Course or some Australia V8 supercar racing then... :)

Cant stand F1 anymore, boring to watch.

I do watch Australian Supercar, best racing on TV IMO

Damn Renault ruined it for Alonso and Mclaren....

Crazy season and crazy outcome... It was the best season of F1 since a long time... I agree BTCC, DTM, Super car V8, and Nascar (on road circuit only) is a much better show to watch... but Canadian Sport TV is for RETARD all they have is Hokey and pocker games....

Moto2 bike racing is the best racing going on these days with Australian V8s tops for 4 wheel racing IMHO. F1 ranks at the bottom with nascar ovals. boooring.

No, Ferrari and McLaren made bad choices to pit.

I am a Ferrari fan and can admit it was a dumb move.

I didn't really like this course. It is specular and beautiful, yet boring for racing. The layout and huge paved runoffs are not very punishing if you get off line. Thus a driver infront doesn't have much to risk to defend a position, worst case is you run off course and join down a position.

They scrapped that for 2010 though... but it's back next year.

Really? I hope they bring back fueling pit stops. Fuel makes such a difference in speed, 1-2 sec quicker on a lighter load. Makes for much more entertaining strategy. Sunday showed the current flaw, where most of the field pitted on the second lap and essentially stayed in that order for the rest of the race.

The problem with KERS in 2009 was that it was too restricted. If you want F1 to the hotbed of technology development you need to unleash the engineers and race strategists to take full advantage of it. Whats the point of having the the KERS boost if you have so many rules holding back how often and how long the boost can be used for. That's the main reason why so many teams did without it in 09. Bring it back, but let them go nuts with it. Then you'll see the development go through the roof. It'd be good for racing and also help F1 establish a more relevant "green" image.

Abu Dhabi is almost "other worldly" in appearance, kinda reminds me of the last Speed Racer movie with all the trick lighting. Too bad the circuit is boring. It's almost like Monaco with the lack of overtaking. Spa, Suzuka...can't beat the old school tracks.

Yep Spa FTMFW.

You know what's better than KERS? 1.0L four bangers with a billion psi.

Estoril is pretty run down, but they do use it as a test track apparently. I am not sure how they run on some of the older tracks now that the cars are so damn fast, Estoril is pretty small, but DAMN fun!

More grip but slower...
